Country General Store Return Policy

CGS will accept returns for boots and merchandise returned within 30 days from date of purchase provided the items have not been worn and are in new condition. To make returns, first call CGS for a return authorization. CGS will pay for return shipping provided the customer satisfies all conditions for returns. Boots and merchandise must be in new condition and in original packing. Please note: Custom boots are not returnable for cash or credit.
